I am absolutely terrible when it comes to sweet cravings. I have absolutely no willpower and will quite happily send my calories and carbs into overdrive by hitting the bakers and getting probably the most calorie dense sugary thing in there.

So I decided to see what I could come up with that could curb those sugar cravings at work with little to no effort involved.

Every recipe I seemed to find online involved some sort of arsing about getting ingredients and making them all nicely chopped and mixed and just too much bullshit for my liking, until I stumbled across this one.

High Protein Peanut butter and Jelly dessert.

Here’s the breakdown of what’s included: –

Fage 0% greek yoghurt 170g tub

1 Tablespoon crunchy peanut butter

1 teaspoon of raspberry seedless jam

232 calories

22g protein/8g fat/20g carbs

That’s a winner right there for me. Grab the lot, stick them in a bowl and chow down.
